This Privacy Policy describes how ExtensionsGod ("ExtensionsGod," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, handles, and stores information in connection with the Browser extension Apollo Scraper, our related websites (including this landing page), and related customer support (collectively, the "Services").

This product is an independent browser extension developed by ExtensionsGod. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apollo.io, Inc. Apollo.io and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

1. WHAT WE COLLECT — AND WHAT WE DO NOT

We do not collect, receive, upload, store, or see the lead or company data you export from Apollo.io. That includes names, business emails, job titles, company details, and phone numbers. Export runs only on your computer. Only you can see the downloaded file unless you choose to share it.

The only personal information we may collect is information about you as a user of the website, paid plan, or support channels, as described in Section 2.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU (THE EXTENSION USER)

We collect only the user information needed to operate the website, provide support, process paid subscriptions, and understand how the public website is used. We do not require your phone number to install or use the free extension.

  1. Account and support information. If you create an account, purchase a subscription, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company name, and any message content you send. If you voluntarily include a phone number in a support email, chat, or account form, we will use that phone number only to respond to you.
  2. Payment information. Paid subscriptions are processed by our third-party Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle collects and processes billing information (which may include name, email, billing address, and payment-method details). We do not store full payment-card numbers on our systems. We may receive subscriber status, order identifiers, and limited billing metadata from Paddle so we can unlock paid features and handle refunds.
  3. Website analytics and cookies. When you visit our landing page, we may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device/OS information, referring URL, pages viewed, and similar usage data through cookies and Google Analytics. This helps us operate and improve the website. It is not used to read the lead files you export.
  4. Customer chat. If you use the website chat widget (Crisp), Crisp may process the messages and contact details you provide so we can answer support questions.
  5. What we do not collect from the extension about you. The extension does not require access to your contacts, SMS, call logs, microphone, camera, or location. We do not collect your personal phone number through the scraping/export workflow.
3. APOLLO.IO EXPORT DATA (INCLUDING PHONE NUMBERS) — NOT COLLECTED BY US

The extension can help you save a local file from Apollo.io people or company results that you already have open in your browser. A saved file may contain fields such as name, business email, job title, company details, and phone numbers.

Collection: ExtensionsGod does not collect this data. We do not copy it to our servers, logs, analytics, or databases. We have no copy of your export and no way to know which leads you saved. Phone numbers that appear in a local file are not collected by us.

Handling: Reading the page, optional local cleanup (for example, normalizing names), and writing CSV, Excel, or JSON all happen on your device. The file stays where you download it.

Usage: We do not use exported lead data for any purpose, because we never receive it. You decide how to use the file on your own computer.

Sharing: We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer exported lead data (including phone numbers and emails) to anyone. If you later upload the file to a CRM or other tool, that is your action, not ours.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR USER INFORMATION

We use only the user information described in Section 2 to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the extension and website
  • Process subscriptions, unlock paid export limits, and handle refunds
  • Respond to support requests and product feedback
  • Improve website performance and understand aggregate traffic
  • Detect fraud, abuse, or security issues
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not use your phone number for marketing texts unless you separately and explicitly ask us to contact you that way. We cannot use Apollo.io lead phone numbers because we do not collect them.

5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell personal information. We share user information only as follows:

  1. Service providers. Paddle (payments and tax invoices), Google Analytics (website analytics), and Crisp (optional support chat). These providers process data only to deliver their services to us.
  2. Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ExtensionsGod, our users, or the public.
  3. Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user account and support records may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
  4. With your consent. We may share information if you ask us to.
  5. Apollo.io export files. Not collected and not shared by us. See Section 3.

We do not share user data with third-party partners for their independent marketing. We do not operate a public "Community" feed for this product.

6. LEGAL BASIS (EEA/UK AND SIMILAR LAWS)

Where GDPR or similar laws apply to information we control about you, we process it to perform a contract (providing the extension and paid plan), with your consent (cookies/chat where required), for legitimate interests (securing and improving the website), or to comply with law.

Exported Apollo.io records stay on your device. We are not the controller of that local file because we never receive it.

7. SECURITY AND HANDLING

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information we store (for example, support emails and subscription status) against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Payment-card data is handled by Paddle.

Any file you save from Apollo.io remains only on your device. We do not host or back up that file. No method of internet transmission or local storage is 100% secure.

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain user support and subscription records only as long as needed to provide the Services, handle refunds, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. Website analytics are retained according to the analytics provider's settings.

We do not retain Apollo.io export data, including phone numbers, because we never collect it. Delete a downloaded file from your computer if you no longer want it.

9. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You can use the free extension without creating a paid account. You may disable cookies in your browser (some website features may work less well). You may stop using the extension and uninstall it at any time, which stops further local exports.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or another region with similar rights, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To delete a downloaded lead file, delete it from your computer.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Services are for business users and are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

11. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

ExtensionsGod operates as a global business. User information you submit to us or our processors (such as Paddle, Google, or Crisp) may be processed in the United States or other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your country. We protect that information as described in this Policy.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
